Do I have to be home during the visit?
We do not require anybody to be home. However, we ask you to unlock any gate to give us access to the area needing serviced and kindly ask you to secure your pets in your house if possible.
How often do you service my yard?
We normally service our customers’ yard once a week but twice a week is recommended to maintain a clean and fresh yard.
Can I leave my pets in the yard during the service?
Even though we are pet lovers, we kindly ask you to secure your pets in your house before our arrival for their safety and ours. If you request the deodorizer service, your pets must be kept in your house as the solution needs to dry for about 30 minutes or until visibly dry.
How do you prevent germ and virus cross-contamination form other yards?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each customer visit with a kennel-grade disinfectant and wear shoe covers during each cleanup to prevent the spread of germs, viruses and weeds.
Do you provide a specific time for my service?
While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we provide you with a time window as we make sure to optimize our routes. We will text you about 60 minutes before our arrival.
Do I have to sign a contract and how do I pay?
We do not require contracts. You are free to cancel your service anytime. We kindly ask us to give us a 24-hour notice before your next scheduled service.
When it comes to payment, we invoice you at the end of each service. You can pay via credit or debit card via our secured online system. We also accept Venmo, Zelle, cash or check payments.
